With our skilled nursing services, Comity Home Health will provide professional care in your home where you or your loved one can feel most comfortable and maintain independence. Our nurses and care teams provide skilled, compassionate and loving care and are available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Physical Therapy
The main goal of physical therapy is to help you improve your strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. Our licensed physical therapists will visit you in the comfort of your home to help with daily activities, as well as help you achieve your physical goals.
The physical therapy services we offer are based on our core goal of helping clients regain strength, become more flexible, regain balance and coordination, and live more independently.

Speech Therapy
The delivery of speech therapy services in the home allows for one-on-one communication in an atmosphere where the patient is most comfortable. Therapy activities can be specialized to address “real life” functional needs. The home setting also provides a chance to individualize each patient’s care of plan to their specific environmental and social needs.

Home Health Aides
Home health aides help care for people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, age-related issues, and cognitive impairments. They do so by providing a range of personal care services to patients in the comfort of their homes .

Medical Social Work
A medical social worker, helps patients and their families cope with illnesses. They help patients understand their illness or condition and provide them with proper information about the resources available to them to cope with the emotional, financial, and social needs that could arise with a diagnoses. As an supporter for the patient, a social worker assures that patients’ emotional and social needs are met through their medical treatment.
